Kauaʻi Old Time Gathering

Singers, dancers, banjos, steel guitar, ukulele, fiddle, pakini basses n uprights! Fun, food, campfires, mountains! Join us for our third annual Kauai Old Time Gathering at the beautiful and historic Kōkeʻe State Park.

Come one, come all musicians, singers, dancers, music and fun lovers. Bring your instruments and your tents for one full week of old time music, dancing, camping, learning, teaching and jamming. There will be a number of beds in private cabins and bunkhouses available first come, first serve. There are many tent camping options.

This gathering is focused on learning rather than performance. All skill levels will be welcome to attend a variety of musical workshops on topics ranging from traditional banjo playing to fiddling to vocal harmonies. There will also be opportunities to learn about hula, cooking, basket weaving and other crafts. Everyone is welcome, whether you play an instrument, love to listen or just want to relax in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and music. Explore over 50 miles of hiking trails in a diversity of unique Hawaiian ecosystems.
