Step into Hale Wai Ahu where you will find an open gathering area. Here a beautiful monkeypod wood dining table awaits you and your ohana to enjoy each others' company while enjoying a freshly prepared meal. Or have a family event in the expansive gourmet kitchen where the whole family can participate in creating that island-style meal. The full kitchen is complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

After a day of enjoying all the many features of Kauai's outdoors, relax in the newly furnished (2020) sitting room while gazing at your own private pool.

There are three spacious bedrooms on the main floor, each with its own full bath. The fourth bedroom is located on the second level of the home and also features its own private bath. All rooms have been newly furnished in 2020. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

This private home includes a spacious living room with comfy sofa and seating area, HDTV, free high-speed WiFi (professional office grade internet network equipment with power backup), two desks and chairs for an ideal work from home setup, additional monitors available upon request, free onsite parking and private access.

There is also a full herb garden for guest use (depending on what can be picked and what season you are staying of course) and a uniquely beautiful orchid wall for your enjoyment. This is an incredible home for your Kauai vacation!

Five night minimum stay, other minimum stay may apply seasonally.

The only thing better then the house was the Property Management Company. House was clean, well stocked and perfect for a large family of 7. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The Management Company was world class to work with.

Our group of five adults spent a wonderful week at Hale Wai Ahu in Princeville in mid-November, 2019. What a great house and a real treat for us! Plenty of room to stretch out, and yet the communal space was inviting and comfortable. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and each had a dedicated bathroom, which was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked and well-appointed, and we very much enjoyed cooking at "home". While it took some time for the spa to warm up, once it did, we all used it morning and evening. Lovely view of the golf course, and the quiet and peacefulness was truly appreciated. Small problems (screen was broken on sliding door) were addressed immediately and thoroughly, and the staff at Oceanfront was universally awesome. We would definitely stay again!
