Waipā ʻĀina Festival

Waipā Foundation will be having our annual festival on Saturday, May 4th from 11am to 4pm. This year’s event, called The Waipā ʻĀina Festival, celebrates 30 years of the Foundation’s stewardship of the ahupuaʻa and will be held makai again! The first time since the 2018 flood. The day will offer different ways to engage with and honor the rich history, practices, and community of Waipā. With hands-on cultural activities, live music, and a variety of local food and artisan vendors, all are encouraged to attend, especially former volunteers, interns, and staff. Entry Fees of $10 for adults and $1 for keiki will be collected at the gate to support the foundation’s work.
